Proposed village, Summerset on Cavendish, Christchurch

Summerset on Cavendish will be situated north of Christchurch in the up-and-coming suburb of Casebrook. A 5 minute drive to Papanui and Northlands shopping centre, the village will be built on 9.7ha and is a short distance to transport links in and out of the city.

Development is well underway with our first homes ready for occupancy in March 2018.

This proposed village will consist of approximately 200 retirement units – a mix of villas, townhouses, and serviced apartments. There will also be a village centre with recreational facilities including a café, and a care centre offering rest home and hospital-level care as well as our innovative memory care.

We intend to apply for registration of this Village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003.
